For over 25 years, I have been very involved as a lay leader in the church. For most of those years, I have worked for IBM in various professional and management capacities.

I have often been struck with the parallels between what I am doing in the business world and the needs of the church. In many ways, the cell church movement is all about the reengineering of the church….

Hi, It is no coincidence that I found this article since I have been searching forever… I am in the process of starting a BPR consulting business in Puerto Rico but decided to check if such businesses existed that targeted churches. At the moment I am concentrating on celebrating a conference and bring awareness. My goal is to bring together a few experts and convey, to religious leaders, that there are solutions for churches and that all is not lost!
